Tic Tac Stein

Tic Tac Stein

Tic Tac Toe is trivial, but Tic Tac Stein is perhaps not so trivial!

In the example below ( -) wins, since ( "> neglected to block.

If I have more time, I will put this game on my website and you can play
on-line against a computerized version of Tic Tac Stein!

(Is there perhaps an on-line version already in existence, albeit without
using the 'steins as the playing stones?)
