No. You are incorrectly generalizing Special Relativity, the equations of which apply as they stand only to the special case of objects permanently moving at constant speeds in straight lines. You do _not_ "lose [accumulated time dilation] when you stop," and if you turn around and come back to Earth at the same high speed at which you left, you will find that you have gained a total of 20 minutes, the difference being that you accelerated and Earth (barring the negligible effect from the Earth's orbit being an ellipse, not a straight line) didn't. -- -John W.
