Yes, and I also question its presence in this newsgroup. PC knows this
and I suspect that he's trying to provoke another flame war. However, I
think this latest idea of his is less off-topic than his previous "text
art plus" (a computerised version of text art experiments from about 100
years ago, focused around PC's frog and bird cartoon characters). Maybe
there should be a group called "alt.text-art", or something like that,
for "non-pure" types of text art? I know there are Japanese grups about
the use of Japanese computer character sets to create a form of text
art...
