By your own definitions of copyright...

- the actual diddles people make/have made of your work become those
  diddler's copyrights as soon as they compose and post their message.

- Usenet rules allow reposting of any part of messages posted to
  newsgroups so your very own messages can be reposted during
  quoting and responses to those messages.


But in any case...you waived diddling, and even diddling of modified
reposts ( see your Message-ID: <361...@sympatico.ca> )

Generally speaking, I have no objections people playing with the
'steins, on the contrary I welcome that, because it helps
propagating the 'steins. But specifically speaking, I can't tolerate
the recent excesses coupled with audacity in denying any copyrights.

It would also be very advisable to add a footnote to each of your
cartoons, along with its Serial Number, indicating that it is
copyright and should not be posted or reposted in a public channel.

So...please...confine copyrighted Steins to your personal Website
which is a private channel.

Doing so will avert a lot of future misunderstandings and acrimony.

your so-called ban on me as an individual is totally out of order.

Your authorisations apply to every Net user.


The rules you apply on your private Website or on a Usenet *.moderated
