What??!?

This reminds me of the story of the vagabond who found a thousand
dollar bill. He immediately went to the Michelin 4 star restaurant in
his neighbourhood to order caviar and champagne. The maitre'd told him
that it wouldn't be possible and he would have to leave. He protested
that he could PAY but it was no dice. To which he said:

When I have NO money, I can't have caviar and champagne
When I HAVE money, I can't have caviar and champagne
So, WHEN can I have caviar and champagne???
