I would like to know of a program that i can use to create ascii art and also of one that i can import a picture and it forms it as ascii thanks in advance

I've read that it takes ten years to become a _good_ airbrush artist. I have looked at some books about airbrush and they're very much about different techniques for what some people may look at as "cheating".
