Could someone please just read Einsteins paper on General and Special
relativity or find a site with a good explanation.

If you were to travel in a circle and return to earth at 0.5 ls for 1hr,
2hrs would have passed on earth as your relative speed to earth has dilated
your timeframe.

I think the times are wrong as dilation is exponential. But the theory
applies.

And as the galaxy moves through the universe and the sun moves through the
galaxy and the earth revolves around the sun, and possibly the expansion of
the univese also everything experiences dilation.

As long as an object moves relative to the fabric of space it experiences
dilation. In fact the continual motion of the universe and the mass within
it may be the cause of time itself, as if you are "frozen" as you near ls
you may experience almost infinite passage of time if you were to stop
moving relative to the fabric of space.

Relativity is just one of those things that is hard to explain and grasp
the concept of.
I hope i have clarified this and not made matters worse
