As long as everyone keeps moving in straight lines at the same speed,
each one's clock seems to be running slower from the viewpoint of the
other.  Since they can never meet to check, it doesn't matter which one
is "right"; they both are.  If they _can_ meet to check, then you've
left the limited bounds of Special Relativity.

As I said, as soon as you stop and turn around, you're not doing Special
Relativity any more, but General Relativity, where the issue becomes
(very loosely speaking) "Which one feels a pseudogravity effect from the
acceleration?"  You do.  Earth doesn't.
