Not saying I'll actually help, just saying I did not find any workable
images I liked using google images...so you'll have beeter luck if I

Zot - go to :- http://www.islamicpictures.com/images/velvet_catalog_5.jpg It's a REALLY SMALL graphic, but the top part of it is the Arabic glyph that represents the name "Allah" in written form. The bottom bit is more than likely to be a passage from the Qu'ran (Koran) but it does not need to accompany the main glyph. There are a number of UNICODE fonts that cover the whole Arabic alphabet but this is a kind of odd version of the Arabic language similar to that found on Arabic typewriters. The Arabic script suffers from a problem; some of the "letters" represent names, whole words, or even phrases. The grammatical system is entirely different from that of English. And it's read and written from right to left. To give an example: Democracy. In order to be functional a democracy requires that a large majority of the people actually understands the implications of a decision they make. Nowadays many issuses are so involved that this requirement often cannot be met. Nevertheless it is a taboo to ask for alternative solutions that do not have that disadvantage. Such an alternative perhaps means that we need to delegate the power to people who did *proof* that they know what the best decision is. No, I don't suggest a dictatorship. a just war but but there are also *christians* that belive in the

Saudi-Arabia. Near the house where I live (Bonn, former capital of
FRG) there is an Arab school that Saudi-Arabia pays for. Recently
there was severe political trouble about that school because a TV
station broadcasted a report that indicated this school is a magnet
for fundamentalists from whole FRG.
I wonder what the strategy behind fighting said-to-be-supporters of

The fighting in Indonesia at the moment is mostly civil unrest due to the independance of East Timor, and the other islands that are trying to seperate from central Indonesian rule. There is very little fighting between the Muslim majority population and the Christian/Bhuddist/Hindu people (who make up the 25% of the population who are not Islamic). They're a good people. They don't kill because their holy book tells them to. In fact, the vast majority of them don't kill at all. Any Islamic fundamentalist or extremist who kills in the name of Allah is doing so because that's what they were brought up to do from a very early age. It's all they know, and all they have ever known. Look at Argentina; they're a majority Christian populace, and they're having similar difficulties (albeit without claims for independance as Indonesia has had to deal with).
